The Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB) is a public body unit of the Scottish Government, responsible for the management and deliver of legal aid within Scotland. It was established in April 1987, taking over functions previously exercised by the Law Society. SLAB have a unique and demanding infrastructure with a critical need for 24x7 uptime to meet the organisation’s obligations to delivering legal aid to the country around the clock.

 

Shadowfax deliver a bespoke arrangement of Managed Services and Ad-Hoc Project Services that add value to the in-house Helpdesk and Infrastructure Teams.

Our third-line remote support services cover Windows server environments, along with Microsoft software such as Exchange and other specialist third-party software. Our break-fix support covers parts and labour for HP server hardware, NetApp storage devices and Cisco networking equipment.

 

Our engagement with SLAB also sees us deliver complete support and licensing for their Mitel telephony system. We’re proud of the breadth and depth of services we offer to SLAB: our high level of customer service and competency, backed by our tried and tested processes and technical qualifications and accreditations.
